As we enter the next stage of our journey, Coveted Creates team has already delivered over 20 projects with charities and foundations in the UK and beyond in the six months since we relaunched. At this time of growth, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Events Producer to join the team and work with some incredible global organisations.

About you
You may have been working at an agency with experience of working with corporates and charities, or you may have worked in-house at a non-profit organisation - either way, you’ll be an experienced events professional, confident in leading on complex fundraising events single-handedly, managing high value partnerships, and working to financial targets and deadlines. People describe you as a natural organiser, a skilled multi-tasker, confident and able to take the lead people and projects. You love working with other people and are used to working with senior stakeholders. You have a positive and solutions-focused mindset, you are values-led and operate with openness and transparency, critical to which are exceptional communication skills. You are the usually the one that organises your friends and family, with bountiful common sense.
THE ROLE
You will have responsibility for end-to-end management of an events portfolio (typically 8-10 events a year) and work with an Events Coordinator and/or Assistant when delivering larger projects. We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated that they can lead teams/projects, with fantastic initiative, willingness to both learn new things and share knowledge, with strong communication and IT skills and incredible attention to detail.
We’re looking for a Senior Events Producer to:
Provide full event management and delivery of a calendar of events from end-to-end including galas, dinners and conferences, from venue and supplier research and negotiation, through to stage management on the night, ending with debriefs and evaluation (70%)
Support with New Business approaches including following up for meetings, producing proposals and attending pitches (15%)
Provide wider support to the rest of the team (15%) by:
Feeding in to the organisational strategy
Continually reviewing and updating our processes as well as:
Working with our CRM (Hubspot)
Using project management tools (such as Monday.com)
Developing a strong competency with EMMA Live
Attending a wider calendar of events across the year to support other producers on the night
The calendar
Our calendar is varied and sees us working with 20+ charities annually. The Senior Event Producer would deliver a portfolio of events throughout the year, including a series of smaller events, large scale fundraising galas, as well as non-profit conferences. There is also the opportunity to travel and gain experience of delivering international projects. It’s an ever-changing calendar and as new events come in, we look at capacity, experience and relationships to make a decision about where things sit and the resource needed.

The main ‘way of working’ to flag is trust and autonomy – as a senior staff member we are keen for you to help us drive the right culture and we firmly believe in finding the right people and trusting them to understand how they work best and what work-life balance means. In terms of some of the key details:
We work out of 180 Strand - Soho Works on Tuesday alongside the EMMA Live team
Outside of that, the team can work remotely, however you will get access to Soho Works spaces on the Strand, Shoreditch, Soho and White City
As standard, most of the team work around the hours of 9-5 however we’re very flexible around childcare, travel and other commitments
As a team, we have a weekly check-in on projects and a weekly new business call for some of us and upon joining, it’s likely the Senior Producer would also have regular
As a new team, we’re building our culture with twice-yearly whole team reviews and regular socials
We encourage individuals to take TOIL for events (within the two weeks after an event) and anticipate that the team attends around 12-15 evening events each year.
We try to avoid taking leave in October and November, which are our busiest months!
To reflect the fast-moving nature of the organisation, we use a 6-month development plan that’s intended to give you key milestones to work towards, as well as ensure that you have time to grow and learn in areas that are of particular interest
