Coveted Event Academy | LEVEL UP for Special Events Managers

CREATED ESPECIALLY FOR SPECIAL EVENTS MANAGERS IN THE CHARITY SECTOR, OUR LEVEL UP PROGRAMME PROVIDES A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERTISE IN ORDER TO MOVE INTO LEADERSHIP

Taking place over a 6-month period in a small cohort of no more than 10 individuals, the Level Up programme includes:

  • Three group sessions in-person (January, March, May):

    • Each focusing on key areas of development, with guest speakers from within the industry

    • Interactive approach to crowd-source solutions to current real-life scenarios

    • An opportunity to review your existing event plans and tackle current challenges

    • An informal breakfast to connect with other event managers

  • Focused support - You’ll have an initial call with us to identify your specific learning needs, which will help us shape the programme and connect you with a paid, expert mentor

  • One-to-one mentoring - 6 x monthly one hour-long sessions online with a senior mentor from within industry, looking at your specific areas for growth and personal development plan

  • Networking opportunity - A chance to build a network with others on the same journey as you, join the Coveted Event Academy WhatsApp community and attend other Special Events to gain exposure to other sector events

We know how challenging it can be to create a sustainable, cost-effective budget, whilst meeting the high expectations of our donors and guests. Along with events managers from a host of charities, Discreet will be answering the following questions:
