How we worked together: The prestigious Roux Prize Dinner is now in its 6th year and has previously always taken place in Washington DC. This year, nearly 200 guests came together to celebrate the work of this year’s deserving winner, Dr. Richard Horton, with a champagne reception, prizegiving and four-course dinner, interspersed with toasts. With less than two months to plan the event, Coveted Events liaised with the IHME team to provide advice and local knowledge, as well as acting as an on-the-ground team both in the lead up to and on the the night of the event. We worked with the team at Light Motif, with stunning florals by Mary Jane Vaughan.

What they ate and drank: Our friends at Rhubarb catered for the sumptuous dinner followed by delicious dessert stations featuring bespoke Roux Prize Dinner branded miniatures
